NAIOP Utah joined forces with ULI Utah to get the 411 on mega sites. Industry pros learned what a mega site is, why they should care and who has taken advantage of the opportunity.
Katherine Morrell, community strategist with EDCUtah discussed Utah mega sites, participation and economic impacts.
Matt Gedney, chief business development officer with Gulf and Ohio Railways worked extensively on the I-77 mega site in South Carolina and discussed his experience developing the site and landing projects.
